This was on a bottle of augmentin I am taking.

"Take/Apply/Place ___ tab/cap/ml/tsp/drops/spray orally/topically/optically/otically/nasally/rectally/vaginally every ____ hours or ______ times daily."

Well, that just about covers it all, don't it?
