There have been a few threads about slither that have mentioned the possible FF/Serenity refrences. So...if you think of one that you saw post it here so we can get them all in one place for us all to enjoy.

Haven't heard anything, but I did notice in a new Slither trailer last night that the guy who played the sheriff in "The Train Job" is also in the movie!
