A 'Real' Mudder at Last Night's Mudder's Milk Shindig

Had a "small world" moment last night at the downtown Fort Worth Fox & Hound when our server comes up to our table, sees my plastic dinosaurs, Blue Sun shirt, Serenity Visual Companion, and says, "Hey, isn't that the Firefly movie?" I thought we'd stumbled onto another potential 'Coat, but it turns out our server was a Mudder extra in the "Jaynestown" episode!

So after our "NO RUTTIN WAY" reaction, she proceeded to tell us all about it. She said physically it was a miserable experience because
they were shooting out in the desert in hundred degree weather, caked in mud from 6am to 10pm. The back of her head(lol) is in the speech-
at-the-statue scene, and she is holding a lantern in the nighttime scene when Jayne walks out of the bar and into the crowd of his adoring fans.

We were a little disappointed that she wasn't a Browncoat and immediately started trying to convert her so she could truly appreciate what she was a part of. We'll get a chance to work on her every week because she said she is there every Wednesday night.

Anyway, it was fun and we now have our own Firefly "celebrity" bringing us our Mudder's Milk on Wed. Nights....SHINY!

Most def. I always tip well...waited tables in college so I know how it is. She got a pretty good bonus too for making our night!
