Will this Firefly dvd deal from Wallyworld come back?

I can't remember what thread I read it in, but someone said you could get the Firefly dvd for under $20 at walmart! That was news to me, 'cuz I had only seen that Amazon had it for about $25 recently, and I figured I should look into the deal. So I searched the site, only to see that, at least currently, this page says that they are sold out

I don't pay attention to products at wallyworld much, but is it possible that they'll restock Firefly at the same price? How long did they have this deal?!? Google's cache of the page ( http://64.233.179.104/search?sourceid=navclient-menuext&q=cache:http%3
A//www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do%3Fproduct_id%3D2350565 ) showed that it was selling for about $35 just over two weeks ago. Man, I'm bummed I missed this deal!

Or... is it just better to get the set from Amazon, since there is that Amazon tracker?!?

amazon had it this weekend for 22.00 shipped. now its 25.00 also i think it was mentioned that it might be a universal price drop.. there are 5-10 threads you can check

I posted this in the other topic, but I'll relate over here.

Fox has been playing with the prices of their various boxed sets for the last 6 months or so. Particularly in the cases of The X-Files, Buffy, and 24. All have had season proces drop to between 19.99 and 29.99 (on the more expensive X-Files sets) at certain (but not all) retailers. The price changes have so far been temporary, sometimes only a day or two.

There has been quite a bit written about it in the Coaxial (TV) section of Aint it cool news. The prevailing theory is that it's a test-run to see if dropping prices helps move the disks any faster. The price-drops have (in the cases of X-Files and Buffy) then been followed-up by repackaged, cheaper season sets. However, while the re-release sets fro Buffy (coming in May, I believe) have all the extras from previous sets, the X-Files sets (seaons 1-3 out now, morecoming) do not include all the special features.

My (admittedly hopefull) guess is that Fox is just experimenting with re-releases in different ways in order to see what might help pick up sales, as DVD sales have evened-off after several years of growth. They've tried the same extras route (Buffy), the less extras path (X-Files), not lets hope they'll give it a go with MORE extras....in a new Firefly set.

Man, since I didn't see the threads on Wednesday or Thursday, I missed out on the news of the little price drop!

For some reason, I haven't been able to get the archived threads for these forums to load. It just sorta hangs and I get a blank black page to stare at. So if a thread falls to the archives, they have been sucked into a black hole as far as me being able to see them again. Is that normal?
