Virtual Firefly: Help us cast Season One!

It’s traditional for virtual series to “cast” new characters, and the www.stillflying.net
project is no exception. Beginning next week, we’re going to host a series of polls which allow our audience to help cast recurring characters from our Season One episodes we just might see again in Season Two…

If you’ve read and enjoyed our episodes and have ideas about who should play the good folk of Haven, Ott and his crew, Ana Gurick and Captain Newstead, or Chien and Wallace, shoot an e-mail with suggestions to gwek@optonline.net. The creative staff with take a look at the suggestions and narrow the field to a few contenders, and we’ll put up a poll allowing y’all to vote.

Please limit your suggestions to actors who “feel like” Firefly (primarily television actors or minor movie actors). Might be cool to have Angelia Jolie or Bruce Willis visit the boat, but that’s not where we’re headed…

Thanks for the bump! As for Parker... Well, we didn't actually SEE the ship blow up, so who knows? Heck, I was pretty sure Dobson was dead until Joss Whedon said otherwise!

We are currently finalizing details for the beignning of Season Two and hope to have an announcement about the exact date of the beginning of the season sometime this week or next week.
