Well I am starting a Firefly/Serenity RPG group and have made up my own 'Verse maps. I went with the whole multiple stars surrounding one star theory. I am mostly looking for input on how they look not if they are right or wrong.

wow, you got the love for the 'Verse.

Wonder what the astronomers would think of your little setup. Or are you an astronomer?

Gelassenheit means Serenity

It looks good thus far (I'm solid on the idea that the 'verse is in a star cluster, so stars orbiting one another, or one central star, is sensible). The only thing that seems amiss is that there are no moons. Several of the worlds are clearly indicated to be moons (some are clearly indicated to be orbiting such-and-such planet, at that). So that'd likely be the next thing to shore up. KF

Lord, I'm walking your way. Let me in, for my feet are sore, my clothes are ragged.
Look in my eyes, Lord, and my sins will play out on them as on a screen. Read them all.
Forgive what you can and send me on my path. I will walk on until you bid me rest.

I put up these without moons. As a matter of fact I just finished putting moons on the maps. As far as being an astronomer thats a no. However I do read alot and have found that it make much more sense in the 'real' world to have one star with several orbitting stars. Our solar system is rare in having only a single star. The one star theory could work but the planets on the Rim would all be ice worlds, but with the fictional ability of Terraforming this could be circumvented. We have to remember this is all fiction.

Oh and for the maps with moons. Tah Dah!

For my game I made up a few extra planets and moons. But I believe I have most if not all the planets from the series and movie.

Isn't Ezra home to Niska? If so, isn't it in the Georgia system?

Just my two copper pieces,

::faints::

This is real shiny! That's a decent amount of effort put in there.

...say, you don't have any qualms if I decide to use (maybe with slight modifications, like with the new worlds) this for my own RPG, do you? I really like how this is set up. KF
