at the manchester shinding yesterday we tried buying it at forbidden planet and also trvalling man comic shop. a couple of us managed to buy it but there were no more copies for the rest of us and we'd told it had sold out.
i hope they oirder some more, ive had bad experiences with forbiden planet who only order a few copies of something in if they dont expect it to sell that well and then dont order much more back in stock. i guess its the internet for me then

I just got confirmation that my copy is on its way...and I had COMPLETELY forgetten I'd even ordered it. So, publishing for USA must have happened while I wasn't watching. I'm surprised Amazon UK hasn't provided a date, though. They're usually right on top of these things.
