Rights issues concerning the Love Boat gag has been mentioned ... they'd have to pay royalties for the music for one .... that is a probable reason for that footage being not able to be used .... (that has been mentioned in other threads here at fff) ..

As for the rest of the footage perhaps they ran out of room on the disc ....
