I think we should have a site wide petition sent to Sci Fi Channel, Fox, WB, etc. to get Firefly back on the air, while Serenity helped fill the gap for me slightly, it still left me wanting more. At the very least I would like to see Firefly episodes (old) reair on Sci-fi Channel and this time in the correct order!!!

We can save Firefly and our Serenity!

Dude, Sci-Fi's been airing the episodes--in the correct order--since July.

Give up the idea of the show coming back, it's been made clear multiple times, it ain't happening, ever, period, world without end, Amen, pass the chicken.

I think what Badgershat meant was that the show aint comin back. We still have a chance for more Mal and the gang in future movies(hopefully), and comics.

Can't do it. Even if Whedon himself and the entire cast walked into my dorm room and told me in person that the show is never, ever, ever going to come back, I'd keep on hoping.

As to the original question of what to do, there are a lot of options. Some are starting fund-raising campaigns. Some are writing letters. All of us are spreading the word to everyone we know.

I've opted to go with the last one. And to hope, of course.

I gotta blaspheme a little bit here, though. I want more stories from the verse as much as the rest of you, but I think I'll be able to keep breathing if we've already got all we're going to get. Here's fifteen stories, and each one is an absolute gem. If Whedon and co. pulled strings to get the show back on the air, they might have to start making compromises in order to do so. It hurts, but I can just imagine what the grubby hands of those greedy little trolls who run the studios would turn Firefly in to if they thought the show could turn them some dollars. I think I'd be more heart-broken if I were subjected to less-than-stellar Firefly than if I got no more Firefly at all.

Thats mine opinion, even if someone tells me if aint coming back I wont believe them.

Im all good for TV movies if they can.

When are they airing on Sci-fi, I never even knew that.
