CABRIDGES

Just posted a page at SerenityStuff.com on autograph collecting, with samples of verified BDH autographs and addresses to the cast and crew representative agencies. I'd love feedback, and I'd especially love to hear if anyone has requsted and received autographs in the mail from any of our heroes.

Damn it. Looks like I paid $50 for a fake autograph of Zoic.

Ah well, at least I know now.

If it's signed "Zoic" you prolly did. The guy from Zoic that does all the interviews is Loni Peristere.

I don't plan to get an autograph any time soon but this page seems to be very useful. I like the fact that you don't take the informations you have from elsewhere for granted.

Who is ZOIC by the way?

Very nice. Thanks for the post and the link.

I just acquired my first BDH autograph the other day; a Summer Glau signature card from the Serenity trading card set. In a freebie pack I ordered more than a year ago from the Universal board, no less. The signature matches the example on your web site (allowing for normal variation, of course.) Not that I expected a fake in this case. Actually, the coolest part is that the card has an embossed seal reading "authentic", thus making it its own certificate of authenticity. Shiny!

I was just kidding but that's a cool guide. Personally, I'd only want an autograph I got in person, though I don't get them dedicated (which apparently means to the signers "Hey! This is going straight onto eBay!" Oops.)

Has anyone ever gotten an autograph through fan mail? I just recently sent Alan Tudyk some fan mail with a SASE included, do you guys think I have a chance of recieving an autograph?

I'm the same way...
for me an autograph is a souvenier/memory of the experience of meeting someone I respect/admire,

I have quite a few Buffyverse actors,
and Joss himself,
but so far of the BDHs I've only gotten Summer Glau,
she came to the 2nd Advanced Screening in Chicago
