I hope you don't mind me being frivalous here - I have posted some comments of attempted literary merit.

I just have to say how does JW find all the horny blokes in the world? I mean first he found David Boreanaz, then blew our minds with James Marsters, and now Firefly is simply awash with more attractive men than I've met in the last year.

I mean Mal is adorable, the doctor (can't remember his name yet) is so sexy in an intelligent, subtle yet unexpectedly intense way, and then, if you're feeling like a bit of old-fashioned testosterone, there's Jayne.

JW doesn't exactly look like your average sex god, but I reckon he must have the spirit in him somewhere - it just keeps popping out.

I don't fancy girls, so can't comment on them, but they seem like very nice ladies

Come on - now I'm a guy, and I have to accept your point about joss's choice in male characters they are all lovely, and yes he also understands that they are even lovlier when there is a reasonable amount of toplessness (full nudity also) - but you must give him credit in that the crew of serenity must be the finest selection of beautiful female characters that he has jet put together - the entire crew of serenity have definately got it going on - the only problem that this leaves us poor fans with is which one we fancy the most.

I'm beginning to think this is why Firefly was cancelled - all the other series were jealous!

Oh yes, I'm sure that's true. I just can't see it because I don't fancy women. They are just pretty or very pretty to me; but I can never predict which women my male companions will have the hots for. I've frequently been told that women I think are beautiful have in fact got a nose that's too big or something. I guess you just can't tell who other people will fancy.

And Barneyt, they are extremely likeable. I wonder if that's because JW is very likeable. All the stuff I've read seems to indicate he's really easy to get on with.
