Haven't seen this topic posted yet or at least in the last few weeks so I apologize if I missed it. I rarely start threads but I decided to do one this time 'cause I'm curious to see what everyone would come up with. I got this idea from 'Wash' at the Firefly Scifi UK forums. So thanks Wash!

If for some reason some of the actors/actresses cannot commit to doing the FF movie, who would you choose as a replacement:

Well I've come up with my list and it wasn't easy. I'm not even content with the choices I made. Most of 'em are just fill-ins. I guess that just goes to show you how good of a casting job Joss did. So here goes:

Mal - Matthew McConaughey
Zoe - Michael Michelle (How to lose a guy in 10 days)
Wash - Owen Wilson
Jayne - Vince Vaughn
Inara - Charlize Theron
Book - Morgan Freeman
Kaylee - Kate Hudson
Simon - Joaquin Phoenix or Orlando Bloom (LOTR)
River - Keira Knightley (Bend It Like Beckham, Pirates of Caribbean)

And for fun:

Saffron - Heather Graham
Jubal Early - Gary Dourdan (CSI, Alien Resurrection)
Blue Hand Men - Robert Patrick & Kyle McLachlan (Twin Peaks)
