No information about Blue Sun has been given in the series and the movie. The only thing we do know are little clues left by Joss. Supposedly they're some sort of shadow government.

This is a good thing. I'm currently working on a virtual second season with a team of writers (we already found a host) and the Blue Sun Corp. is a big, big, part of it.
