I ended up listing a couple for both Buffy and Xander as she is the star, and he is my favorite.

Buffy was incredible in the Body, but I loved Becoming even more. Something about realizing everything that was at stake and having to put aside personal feelings.

Willow was great in Halloween, and she was also great as vampire Willow.

Angel was perfect in his first appearance, as well as any time he was Angelus. My all time favorite was Smile Time of his.

Xander, the Zeppo, and of course his monologue to Dawn in the seventh season Potential.

Giles, when he killed Ben.

Tara, Once more with Feeling

Dawn in potential.

Anya, the body, or once more with feeling.

Spike was awesome the first time he appeared on Angel, With my Nancy boy hair gel. Cracks me up everytime.

Oh yeah, I forgot Riley. My favorite Riley moment was when he told Xander that he knew Buffy didn't love him. I had disliked him up until that moment, but that showed me how worthy he was.

Buffy: I liked Buffy less and less as the show went on. So fave would be...Prophecy Girl.

Willow: That'd have to be out first appearence of ultra-cool willow in (I think) Tough Love (or whichever one where she attcks Glory).

Angel: I think his best episode was Power play, he was SO convincing I really though he wase evil

Xander: I guess The Replacement was a pretty good ep for Xander

Giles: Two to Go, just for that cool 'I'd like to test that theory' line

Faith: Five by Five. Faith was best when she was bad, and this was the height of her evil.

Riley: Not a great selection but his fight in Primeval was pretty cool.

Tara: Seeing Red. It was a good death!

Dawn: I really don't know. she was best pre-season 5 (cause she didnt exist!)

Anya: Fear Itself. Bunny Costume.

Spike: Destiny. LOVE that fight, its so cool how they made the shows main character lose the fight and actually have the viewers feel it was the right outcome.

Cordelia: Can't really think of one.

Doyle: Hero. Hits me every time.

Lindsey: Your Welcome. Perfect set up for ep 100

Wesley: He was amazing at the end of Angel. Some good bits in NFA but that final death scene just didnt quite cut it. So I'll go for A Hole in the World.

Gunn: Shells, some good guilt scenes.

Fred: A Hole in the World. Because that final scene is incredible.

Connor: I think A New World, a nice little intro to him.

Lorne: I guess the pylea arc was his most best time on Angel.

lol I think I got carried away. And I've still missed some main ones out.
