Perhaps it is listed somewhere on this site, but I can't seem to find the following:

1) How many members (not visitors) belong to this great site.

2) When the site began and if there's a history page to it.

That is a list of usernames of everyone who has posted here. Clicking on a name takes you to their profile page. Haken is the creator and webmaster, and his profile shows that he registered on March 11, 2002, which is six months prior to Firefly's original tv premiere. Even though I wasn't a member until after the dvds came out, I do know this place went online even before the official FOX site.
