just wondering it's anamazingly intense character driven show so i thought some browncoats would like it. my god is it addictive!

well that's the 1 prob i've come across w/ppl who don't watch it. the show actually isn't about plastic surgery, it's about the two best friends who happen to own a plastic surgery Co. together.

11THHOUR


I've been watching Nip/Tuck since it began. It definitely falls in the "guilty pleasure" category. Most surealistic doctor type show EVER. But as previously mentioned, the whole doctor part is the platform for their hyper fever dream storytelling, the way that vampires and demons were Buffy's story prop pieces.

Whenever I see an episode of Nip/Tuck I always make sure to change the channel before the scenes from the next episode are shown at the end. They always put jaw dropping surprises in the story, and I want those surprises totally unspoiled as the tale is told. It's ALWAYS worth it to watch the eps as a virgin.

Btw, Nip/Tuck makes shark jumping an Olympic event. But that's just part of its ultra cool, ultra creepy, funny, weirdass, smart, surreal... charming self!

what's funny to me is it has amazingly surreal premises, but i can believe them, it's not as if i ever go, "oh man that couldn't have happened" it goes just to that line but doesn't step over it! that's just my opinion.

Have watched it from the start, and fall in love with that man every week. how can you not!!

i truly believe that julian mcmahon deserves an emmy for just the few episodes this season, not to mention how well the cast does every single episode
