If you remember (and some of you are too young!) this show, you might be interested. Apparently the show is coming out on DVD too. Not to mention the possibility of a feature film revival. I wonder if it will be "muppet" as well. Hopefully no CGI or anything. That would not be so good and certainly not in keeping with the original spirit of the show.

I admit, I only vaguely remember the show which ran when I was at an age well down in the single digits, but I do remember watching a few random episodes and liking it.

Perhaps once it is on DVD I will be able to sit down and watch it.

Awesome! So much movie goodness--1st Serenity, then the Wallace and Grommit feature, and in a couple years, Fraggle Rock! I loved that show as a kid in Canada (did you know they had different "grandpa" characters for different countries?) and I signed a petition a few years back "Bring back the rock" to get it out on DVD. Thankfully, it finally is! If we all buy it (like with Firefly) just imagine what good could come of it. That was a wonderful show, with original music for every episode! Ok, I'll stop now :)

Oh, I love Fraggle Rock! We used to watch it ALL the time when we were kids.
It's the ringtone on my phone when my sister calls. I usually just let it keep playing so I can sing along.

I've just had to pack everything away ready for the builders to come and demolish the house - I kept back 2 DVDs, one was "The Fraggles"!
