I'm (hopefully) going to be interviewed by our local newspaper about the upcoming movie release, and I'd like to be able to throw out some great info about the show and the fans.

I've collected some facts off the old news posts and nailed down dates such as the Emmy Award and Saturn awards, along with the DVDs to the Troops campaign information. I've also got the recent auction from SF Browncoats. But, I know there's more out there.

I remember a Browncoat coat drive sometime in 2002 (pre series cancellation) but I haven't found the info on how much we raised, and I know it was out there because the information was collected nationally.

What Firefly landmarks are important to you? What charity events have your groups done locally?
