If you check out one of the posts on Whedonesque he uses the phrase `Accio Firebolt` - could this be the beginnings of Joss`s love for something with a film connection? Could we see Joss doing one of the remaining HP films?

I think he would fit right in, especially as the events in the books are turning darker and darker (not giving anything away)

Maybe, maybe not. I suppose he'd be too busy being the curator of his own little 'verse that he probably wouldn't have time to adapt another creator's verse as well.

But I think Joss and J.K. probably would probably be bet buds. I mean, they have so much in common, why wouldn't they be?

yeah. during comic con people saw him in line to buy the latest book at the nearby borders .
and during the serenity panel, he was asked who his favorite HP character was and he said "Hermione!" in a very "well, duh" sort of way.
