Greetings from Austin, TX. I just came across this link on a Mac website, http://www.macdvonline.com/more.php?id=31_0_1_0_M
He gives details on how to find and download all episodes for Firefly, although he does mention that the whole process does take awhile (he doesn't mention anything about the legality of it!) I have not tried this yet though.
