Verbatim from my post on one of the trailer threads...

From the very first viewing from the trailer, I took it to reference the 'red button' (from OOG) that the cast & crew gave to Joss when Firefly was cancelled. They said something to the effect of "If you manage to get this project off the ground, hit that button, and we'll come a' runnin, no matter what."

Though some people have suggested that it may have something to do with the Alliance tracking River, or the Reavers, or something else within the plotline.

Thought it might be a referance to the shows cancelation and resurection. Or, could be something to do with River. Or both. Or neither. Maybe its just be to get folk talking.

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

My first thoughts on seeing that line at the end of the trailer was that Joss was poking fun at Fox for cancelling the show & it was a nod to us loyal browncoats for believing in him and the cast.

Of course trying to think like Joss, it could be a double entendre & it could mean the above & referencing something that will be revealed in the BDM too.
