Niska on 7th Heaven?

The Man They Call Soul...

Now don't ask me what I was doing watching 7th Heaven on Monday night, but in the begining of the episode, one of the guest actors looked familiar to me. The character was a kind older gentleman talking about his future granddaughter and wanting to buy back the house that his daughter had grown up in.

Then it hit me, and I started laughing hysterically while my wife just stared at me. The accent was gone, but there was no mistaking the smiling face of Adelei Niska.

Okay, I watched 7th Heaven too, but man, was that really Niska? I don't think I've deleted the episode off of the good old TIVO yet so I'm gonna have to go back and rewatch that part. I thought the old guy looked familiar, but NISKA?

Didn't watch the show, but I was curious so I went to TVTome to look and sure enough, it was Niska.

Edit: Also noticed that he was in Brisco County Jr. and he's played a judge on four different shows. It was interesting to me anyway.
