Summer is on CSI tonight (CBS) 9pm EST
I don't watch this show myself, but I'm not missing Summer!
I love getting to see my BDHs on TV!
(and I can't wait to see them all in the BDM)

I watch CSI every week! Not nearly as good as Firefly, but since it's been cancelled, Thursday nights are the best.
If you can, keep the tube on for another hour after CSI is over and see Without a Trace. It's by far my favorite show that's currently airing. The main character's in the middle of a nasty divorce right now and I dunno if it'll be confusing to start watching partway, but give it a try if you have time. (It's also on TNT monday nights)

Oh, she was awesome! I could kind of see a little River-ness in the far away look that she got, and when she talked with such emotion. It reminded me of when River would get emotional and go all crazy. Wacky fun. But she also made belivable CSI character. Especially the tear that rolled down her cheek. Very moving for such a short scene! Yeah Summer Glau!

yeah, you had to wait a half hour, but then it was worth the wait...
her scene was short, but was a nice close-up
and she looked beautiful
her performance was wonderful:
interesting, involving, moving, subtle

She is a wonderful actress...with a huge career ahead of her
and she looks absolutely beautiful

well of course River is a better roll
more fully realized
more backstory & layers...
that goes without saying.

I never meant it was her best work...
but w/the great hair and make-up
and a subtle sensative performance
it is well worth the watching

the importance of the roll to her career: 2
her performance in that roll: 10
I don't think anyone on the planet could have done it better.
