What's Your Favorite Scene or Dialogue in Safe?

This episode followed Shindig, in all sequences - airing, scripting, shooting. These 2 episodes were delayed in the original airing, yet kept together in sequence with each other.
The cargo picked up on Persephone, as seen in the final scene of Shindig, is delivered here, 3 weeks later.

It provides our first flashback of River and Simon, with Zac Efron and Skylar Roberge.
Guest stars Gary Werntz as The Patron.
This scene also provides clues for the technical aspects of the top speed or acceleration of Firefly Serenity when Book's bleeding out has the ship racing from Jaingyin to Greenleaf in only 10 hours.
I enjoyed the flashback scenes, and the exchange with River and Ruby, and River and the cows who forgot who they were.
I feel that this episode was our first, best opportunity to see or feel the deep relationship between Simon and River, with the Pilot Serenity having not been aired by this time. Our first time seeing River on a planet, outside the ship.

But largely due to the application to all things in this verse of fans, I must defer to the favorite scene as being the Big Damn Heroes Sir! scene.
