But there's no need for voter ID laws, huh?

Quote:

A group helmed by a major donor and policy adviser to Democratic Senate candidate Michele Nunn is under investigation by the Georgia secretary of State for alleged voter fraud.

Secretary of State Brian Kemp (R) said in a memo, reported by WSB-TV, that his office has “received numerous complaints about voter applications submitted by the New Georgia Project,” an organization launched to register and turn out voters to the polls.

“Preliminary investigation has revealed significant illegal activities, including forged voter registration applications, forged signatures on releases, and applications with false or inaccurate information,” Kemp wrote in the memo.
Nunn is running against Republican David Perdue for a Senate seat left open by the retirement of Sen. Saxby Chambliss (R-Ga.). Democrats see the race as a pick-up opportunity in a year where they are largely playing defense.

Most polls have shown a close race, with Perdue leading Nunn by three points in the most recent survey, conducted earlier this month.

Republicans are seizing on the allegations against the New Georgia Project to tarnish Nunn, suggesting the group was part of a larger effort by Democrats to “expand the electorate by any means necessary.”

“The serious allegations of illegal activities and potential fraud from liberal voter registration groups are outrageous and should be investigated to the fullest extent of the law,” said Perdue spokeswoman Megan Whittemore.

The New Georgia Project and its parent organization, Third Sector Development, were issued subpoenas this week demanding documents relating to the allegations be turned over to the Georgia Election Board by Sept. 19.

Third Sector Development is run by Georgia House Minority Leader Stacey Abrams (D), who has contributed to Nunn’s campaign and was listed on an official campaign strategy document as a proposed member of a group of potential policy advisers.

Wisconsin's voter ID law just had injuction lifted. If that status remains, WI could have it's first honest election since the 60's.

Expected next will be another appeal, which the libtards will wait until just before the election to try, so that another injuction won't be able to be lifted in time.

That is how they tend to do things.

News today - they are trying another trick instead (or maybe in addition to). The lefty radical libtards have decided to change the way a ballot is printed. The lefty radical libtards in WI created a phony agency to proclaim all of their voter fraud, election fraud, and ballot stuffing activities are not existent, and it is called "Government Accountability Board" and ensures there will be no accountability of libtards to anybody for their crimes. They have remade the ballots so that only Democrats can be listed at the top of a ballot for each race, and that in some cases an alternate candidate from any other party cannot be found, or is not readily found, and even incumbents from another party will get buried in the boilerplate.
Somehow, the lefty radical libtards do not see any problem with all the lefty radical libtards being at the top of the ballot. These radical libtards who claim to be unbiased do not see any bias in the new version of ballot they created. They also say the ballots cannot be changed in time for the election, and they waited until now to reveal that they were going to change the ballot into this confusing mess.
Two State candidates for office have sued the GAB to change the ballot form back to the way it has been for decades.

Shockers.

Heard folks at work complaining that they won't be able to vote multiple times per election any more.
Of course, only black people must be really defrauding the elections by voting multiple times - that explains why it is racist to expect folk to only vote once per election.

Whiners.

Got my sample ballot today.
No way to vote straight ticket (one mark votes for every candidate of that party). Weird, that will actually cut down on the voter fraud - or at least give the ballot stuffers more work.

Somehow, the Looney Lefty Lying Libtards of the unbiased Government Accountability Board managed to get only Democrats listed at the top of every single race. How could that be? It is not alphabetical by party, or else all the Constitution Party candidates would be listed first. Or are libtards so stupid they think D comes before C in their alphabet? It isn't alphabetical by candidate name. It isn't prioritized by incumbents, or else all the Republican incumbents would be listed higher.
How is it possible in an unbiased system to get only Democrats listed in the first position for every race? Curious.

Plus, check out this wording on a referendum - vociferous a bit, are we?

"...call for reclaiming democracy from the expansion of corporate personhood rights and the corrupting influence of unregulated political contributions and spending. We stand with the Move to Amend campaign and communities across the country supporting passage of an amendment to the United States Constitution stating: 1. blah blah 2. blah blah BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that we hereby instruct our state and federal representatives to enact resolutions and legislation to advance this effort."

No poop - those are the actual words on the ballot (except the boilerplate blah blah). No bias in that, is there?
Who could not, without blinders, see which side wrote that drivel?

Can someone clue me in again about why minorities are not embracing the GOP? Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp (R) was caught on tape saying that:
Quote:

You know the Democrats are working hard, and all these stories about them, you know, registering all these minority voters that are out there and others that are sitting on the sidelines, if they can do that, they can win these elections in November.

Oh No!!!
When the devious decepticon libtards bypassed the appeal, it was thought that Wisconsin would finally have an honest election in the past half century. But now their despicable crooked cronies in the SCOTUS have brought a halt to this, coincidentally timed to make it difficult to correct this action before the election. The reasonable honest State Ag is working to find a motion to allow honest voting in the state before the Nov election, but hasn't found an avenue for such short notice - which has been the hallmark tactic of those working so hard to defraud the elections and disenfranchise the honest voters (those that only vote once per election, opposite of the libtards).
Shockers!!

Why do I suspect that since this obvious prediction and exposure of the libtard tactics is not flattering to the libtards, then it will not show up in kpo's libtard prediction thread (where only libtard flattering predictions are posted)?

Apparently, like anything else outside his inherent hatred of "other" and basic intolerance of anything beyond the sociopathic horror of mainstream christianity, Rappy doesn't comprehend irony, or mockery, because the sick little fuck is too busy fostering the monstrous "ideal" of rapture, even though given the evidence and behavior of the scumbag it calls a "god" it's almost certain the pearly gates open on a firey pit and the howling laughter of a blind, mad lunatic...

And yet the "little girl" he mocks is the inherent representation of what will ACTUALLY happen to such sick, demented SCUM in any universe that is remotely just.. so obviously, and of course, he despises Enma Ai, because to do any less is to admit the monster he truly is, and to accept his eventual fate.. whether it be at the hands of retributors like me, or at the hands of his own sociopathic "god", who 'rewards' his 'faithful' with eternal damnation while laughing in their faces like the stupid fucking suckers that they truly are... all the same, dumb SHITS like him will burn, and all the most satisfying watching them do so after sucking the cock of a "god" that pisses in their face as thanks...

That's not this universe and your psychological explanation is wasted. I believe that AURapture does not believe and is not religious. AURapture will be unmoved by a 30 second video of Hell Girl taking an evil bully's soul.

What do I believe is vitally true? Evil is not error, a mistake of the mind, a failure of understanding that can be corrected by smarter thinking. It is something deeper and more constitutive of human life itself. The capacity and propensity for destruction goes with being human. One does not have to be religious to acknowledge this dark fact. With his myth or metaphor of the death instinct thanatos, Freud—a lifelong atheist—recognized that impulses of hatred and cruelty are integral to the human psyche. It is a view I find no difficulty in sharing. www.newrepublic.com/article/119596/appetite-wonder-review-closed-mind-

AURapture is one Republican showing his worst impulses, the ones he should keep under better control. My honest conviction is that if the U.S. is to survive as a country worth living in, the Republican party in its present form must cease to exist as a potent political force. The party must either fundamentally change – go back to being something like what it was about mid-20th century – or it must lose its capacity seriously to affect our political life. But mid-century Republicanism (of Eisenhower, for instance) is as much an enemy of the present day Republican party as anything. At the time, Eisenhower was accused of being a communist by the direct ancestors of today's Republicans. http://onlyagame.typepad.com/only_a_game/2014/10/letters-with-allen-wo

You didn't get past the headline "Wisconsin voter ID law blocked". If you had, you would read:

www.scotusblog.com/2014/10/wisconsin-voter-id-law-blocked/
UPDATED 10:48 p.m. In Corpus Christi, Texas, a federal trial judge struck down a voter ID law in that state which had been challenged by the Obama administration and civil rights and voting rights groups. U.S. District Judge Nelva Gonzales Ramos found that Texas had intentionally discriminated against black and Hispanic voters in adopting the law. The judge next plans to move on to the challengers’ request that Texas be ordered to come to court to get clearance for any new voting law it enacts — a seldom-used power open to the judge under the Voting Rights Act of 1965’s Section 3(c). Even under the decision on Thursday, the judge said, Texas would have to get permission for any remedy it attempts for the violation found in this ruling.

It needs to be said: Texas politicians, including Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott, stopped using the N word in public, but they did not stop being racists. Now they use the N word in private.

Well, the honest voters of Texas got their election saved by a stay, but here in Wisconsin we will still not be allowed to have an honest election yet again.
In the ruling, noticed that dissenting were Scalia, Alito, and Thomas. Guess that reinforces my assertion that Thomas always votes the right way.

Honest to God, you didn't read the case, did you? It has little gems:
Quote:

Some of the “evidence” of voter impersonation fraud is downright goofy, if not paranoid, such as the nonexistent buses that according to the “True the Vote” movement transport foreigners and reservation Indians to polling places.
It is an airtight case for ruling that all "strict photo ID laws," which have only been enacted in states sporting GOP-controlled legislatures, must be struck down as unconstitutional. http://bradblog.com/Docs/JudgePosnerDissent_PhotoID_WI_101014.pdf

Judge Posner is not just any judge. He is a renowned legal scholar and Reagan appointee to the federal bench, who has served on the US Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals since 1981. More importantly here, Posner was the author of the Seventh Circuit's opinion in Crawford. In that case, Posner rejected an allegation that Indiana's polling place photo ID restriction was unconstitutional. That decision was affirmed by the US Supreme Court.

Posner, who is, as Yale law professor Fred Shapiro notes, the most cited jurist of the 20th century, was not alone in his view last year that Crawford "would have been decided differently" had the court then known what it knows now.

Are you not familiar with the case? SCOTUS ruled that the law is Constitutional, but only issued the stay because it was too late in the election cycle to change the rules, or enforce the reasonable requirements of the law.
Hint: There is no Supreme Court Justice Doofus Posner, OK?
