Simple thread pick your favorite, and least favorite news magazines!

My favorite: TIME MAGAZINE. It just astounds me that this magazine is so informative and interesting. Aside from National Geographic, this ranks up there as my all time favorite. What a fantastic read. Grade-A

My least favorite: NEWSWEEK. What a train wreck of a magazine. Poorly written articles, poor topical stories. Seems obsessed with pop culture. Entertainment Weekly will tell you more about world events than this rag. If you want to feel horribly disenchanted with America, read a copy, and your there.

Grade-F

I don't know man, Time is too liberal for me. I can't remember the last time I could get half way through it. NG is really good.

I kinda have a soft spot for Teenage Anal Queens and Cum dumpster.

"We'll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false." -- William Casey, Reagan's presidential campaign manager & CIA Director (from first staff meeting in 1981)

What's a "magazine"?

Just kidding. Barely.

I used to subscribe to quite a few magazines - Automobile, Road&Track, Car&Driver, SportsCar, Grassroots Motorsports... and that was just the automotive ones!

News mags included The Nation, Time, Mother Jones, and Christian Science Monitor. Vanity Fair, New Yorker, and Rolling Stone tended to fill out the current events stuff.

Now I'm down to just Car&Driver, and I likely won't be renewing that.

The modern definition of "socialist" is anyone who's winning an argument against a tea-bagger.

I hate Obama's America. You're damn right about that.

Friday, May 28, 2010 - 18:26 To President Obama:
Mr. President, you're a god damn, mother fucking liar.
Fuck you, you cock sucking community activist piece of shit.
... go fuck yourself, Mr. President.

The internet is trying to kill the printed page.
It may happen down the road, but I will always support my favorites. Rolling Stone is still great. I don't think there has been a lull in that staff since it started.
