It's been a source of controversy in government circles for quite a while. The topic broke in 2013. In 2014 the EPA got caught up in it as did Rick Scott. At the time there was some indication Clinton followed that practice as well as other officials. Just a quick search turned up this, which tracks the topic back to 2013.: http://www.theguardian.com/world/2013/jun/04/us-officials-secret-email-accounts

Today Obama reported that not only was he aware of Hillary's violations and circumventions of the Federal Records Act, but that he also emailed he, in his official role, to her non-governmental email, thereby also circumventing the Federal Records Act. Although he is obviously immune to obeying any laws, this can at least be added to his list of Felony violations.

This she admitted to, despite having a few years to scrub and erase whichever emails she did not find flattering. She alone determined that 30,000 of these were not related to State communications. She claims that because she intentionally and covertly intermixed them, that she has the right to privacy just like anybody else who commits crimes does. She decided which of the 30,000 she would share.

Do women who are appalled by Non-reverend alsharpieton's race hustling and extortion also find Hillary appalling for USING women to better her bank account, or do they excuse her? Do racists who excuse Sharpieton find Hillary's despicable behavior as deplorable as they should?

Do racists who excuse Sharpieton find Hillary's despicable behavior as deplorable as they should? Women are supporting Hillary through liberal pro-choice organizations like EMILY's List (Early Money is Like Yeast). I kind of figured that EMILY's List was a traitor to women's rights when they started supporting pro-war female candidates back in the '90s. Now, I don't know jack about Sharpton, but I DO remember the big "pass" the black community gave (Uncle Tom) Clarence Thomas just because he was black. So now they (and we) have a rightwinger on the Surpreme Court who is even further to the right than Scalia, and who never issues an opinion of his own because his thinking is so weak. That's what you get for voting "identity politics". You wind up with Rick Perrys if you're a white southern male, Hillary Clintons if you're a liberal white woman, and Clarence Thomases and Obamas if you're black. Is it too obvious to say that voters should look beyond color, gender and age when they pull the lever/punch the dot?

There was no 'giving him a pass', as you call it, by the black or ANY community.
Quote: Not a hint of racism as you call Justice Thomas' thinking " weak " , now is there ? The dude is a brilliant man, but because his decisions don't go a certain way, you say his thinking is 'weak'. How pathetic.
