Ok, so my granny said she's seen a male deer jump a fence and mate with a young female cow and produce offspring, But I had no idea a sheep and a goat could mate???

http://psycheskinner.hubpages.com/hub/The-Deer-Cow
This hub page says its probably a genetic problem with the cow though.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sheep%E2%80%93goat_hybrid
This page says that a sheep and a goat HAVE mated and rarely produce live offspring with intermediate gene number.

Then of course, there's horses and donkeys that produce sterile mules or hinneys, and a horse and a zebra can mate and make a Zorse or a Hebra.

Then we get into lions and tigers producing ligons and tigons and then litigons and titigons (you should see the size of some of these things, they look pre-historic!)

Is there any weird pairings you've heard of?

Then there's THIS thing which I think would've looked like My Little Pony?

Goodbye, kind world (George Monbiot) - In common with all those generations which have contemplated catastrophe, we appear to be incapable of understanding what confronts us.

Sorry, I have nothing to add to your interesting post.

This is...interesting...and a little frightening...

This one almost makes me want to start breeding things unnaturally and see what happens... (turn down sound)

Really? I would've thought someone would have jumped at the "weird pairings" thing with Julia Roberts and Lyle Lovett or Ted Danson and Whoopie Goldberg...

Ya missed that boat
