Ah. I see. In that wording, I agree with the statement. Given facts and self-education, the society IS improved more from the bottom up, rather than from the top down.

Doesn't make me think he's a socialist, however; more makes me see that he's realistic, and I haven't seen a lot of ACTIONS he's taken that show this to be his main focus. However poorly it's being/been accomplished, I think he tried to figure out what was RIGHT for the country, and do it.

HOW I wish we could see that alternate reality where McCain Palin were elected, and where we'd be about now...
