Koprowski was Polish, just because the UN is based in NY doesn't make the WHO part of the US. I don't think it was a Polish agenda either, but a globalist one.

Its a quote obviously, so I just thought I'd mention that. My personal theory is that it was not that Africa was a target, but worse: Africans were considered "disposable" similar to jews in the previous decades, '30s and '40s by the same scientists who did this stuff in the '50s and '60s. I think the target was always Russia, as it was eventually used. The sad fact is that the globalists never cared what happened to Africa, and never will. They care about people they consider "threats." (East africans could feel flattered that anyone is trying to exterminate them, they might have been upgraded to "threat," but it's also possible someone just wants their land, or to flatter Pan-African butchers like Mugabe and MBeki by helping to exterminate the opposition)
