DREAMTROVE

A Filk, and I didn't even make it in.

I made one earlier today, for a different group, but I'll post it here, because it's sure to offend. For those who don't know, I'm a devoted Taoist, but I read other religious texts for fun and prophets.

Sometimes there's some actual wisdom in there, and mixed in with a lot of random nonsense. Anyway, Here's a book I've read a couple times, it's called the bible, and every person who isn't living on mars already knows the tune. Oh wait, with radio broadcasts, it's reached alpha centauri.

This isn't group or firefly related, but I'll post it anyway, and christians, remember, your faith is all about forgiveness ;)

Moses came back with a bunch of jews,
Moses turned the sea to a fountain
He scrawled some words on some tablets,
Moses came down from the mountain

He said "Hey now guys, I've just heard:
I've been talking to this guy
I closed my eyes and saw the holy word
Now I know why..."

Moses came down with a list of rules,
He had a belief in transcendence.
It's time for a few small repairs he said,
Moses came down with a vengeance.

He said "Drop the gold calf and all false gods
I have to say, I might as well,
I can't be sure, but I'll play the odds
