Yes, he's a real credit to the human race. Too bad for him that his timing was a bit off. His un-quenchable thirst to slaughter Muslims would posssibly have been satisfied in Iraq. Oh, and I'll bet he's just kicking himself in the butt for missing out on all the fun at the Abu Grahaib party.

I believe in solving problems, not sharing them.

The sad thing is, this guy still has supporters. Lots of them! The bar where he used to hang out had pix or him and another war criminal on the walls. The bartender and his patrons were distressed to see him caught.

And why I have utterly no respect whatever for people that choose to do so.

See, without that, they're naught more than just another blustering loudmouth - it's peoples obedience of their idiocy out of laziness, fear, or apathy that gives them power in the first place.

These people should be mocked, scorned and ignored, not obeyed.

And the world would be a better place by just that much.

Another by-product of his trial might be to remind Al Qaida & the Arab World that it wasn't Americans or Israelis who killed 1000's of Muslims, it was Bosnians. Why doesn't Al Qaida go after them? More Muslims were killed and tortured there than in the entire history of Palestinians. Didn't Clinton bomb Serbia for 2 months straight to protect Kosovo's Muslims too? I guess you can't expect murdering maniacs to make that distinction, and besides, hating America and Israel is so much more fun and popular.

It does seem that Al-(spelling of Media's choice) could choose a more logical target, but logic and fanaticism are pretty much mutually exclusive. All I know is that I'm tired of everybody trying to blow everybody up. And if certain people like blowing people up, then why can't they go out in a field and blow EACH OTHER up, instead of bombing busses and nightclubs full of innocent people. I believe there are some causes worth fighting for, worth dying for, maybe even worth killing for, if that's what it takes to defend yourself. But anybody who intentionally kills people who aren't trying to hurt anyone, who can't fight back... Geh, makes me too angry for words.

Also, I echo the sentiments earlier in the thread. No document is required to put authority in the hands of the people, that's where it has always rested in fact if not in name. Power is never taken, it is GIVEN, by those who refuse to oppose it.
