No thread on topic in 7 days.

There was talk of "no cell service" - Well, duh.
Libtards in Congress claiming nobody should have AM Radios anymore - and deleting them from new cars - might want to rethink such nonsense.
Why are Children's Camps in TX not required to have functional and operational Weather Radios?

I believe in solving problems, not sharing them.

It's been discussed under Texas disaster.

When my sis lived near Dallas we gave her a weather alert radio that would turn itself on and blare whatever warning was appropriate.

precious summer camp children were swept away and drowned while adults ignored Flash Flood watches and warnings in July because they froze to death when power companies refused to provide power?

This sort of nonsense sounds more like our resident illiterate further necroposting again in random unrelated threads, as usual.

Is this something unique to Tejas? I'm hearing lots of folk want to throw millions of dollars at this situation. Seems like a couple of weather radios would be cheaper.

Search and recovery efforts had to be suspended for 2 days due to further flash floods in the same area.

Maybe the adults who insisted upon sleeping instead of protecting the children could stand out there and hold back the floodwaters.
