1) appeal. I think the Supreme Court is next. And
2) push Congress into legislating the same.

Couple of things you don't know:

1) U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen has ruled in favor of DACA several times before he changed his mind.

2) Judge Andrew Hanen's actual ruling looks like he is frightened of the responsibility and has given up and wants a higher court to make the decision for him because he can't make up his own mind. Remember, he been handling this case for years. If you read his 77 page long "decision", the judge is indecisive to say the least. The judge is King Solomon saying he will cut the DACA baby in half, giving a piece to each Mother, but then he only cuts a symbolic loaf of bread in half because half a loaf is better than none.
