I ordered mine back in July-ish. I understand that the yellow they use is custom and that they are trying a new method of transfer. Hell, I don't even mind waiting, but don't tell me you're going to ship in in October and then not, or at least tell me there is another delay.

Just an UPDATE:

They sent me that original email saying it was shipped on the 19th of this month.

It is 10 days later and no shirt.

They pretty much lied to me.

I asked for tracking info and never got an email back.

Don't order shirts from these guys - they are not being legit.

There is a new post on the ssdesign web site. It really doesn’t say much other than he is again sorry (which I been told a dozen times over the last six months) and that he has been busy. He also talks about the design of the shirt but no word on orders getting shipped.

So, I never received my shirt that would definitely be here before Halloween.

(Happy Halloween, everyone.)

My advice - DON'T buy shirts from this guy. The product might seem nice, but there are other companies out there. This guy lied to a bunch of us - saying he mailed our shirts and then he never mailed them. To make matters worse - he blamed US for the mix-up.

By telling me he promised shipment before Halloween - it prevented me from buying another shirt to fit my Halloween costume.

I can't deal with a businessman that would opt to lie to a customer to quiet them up, rather than handle the business @ hand. This guy is shady and I have reported him to numerous groups and Browncoat websites already.

I've been waiting almost 3 months for mine, this is by far the worst experience i've had buying stuff on internet or anywhere else.I'm just starting think that SS does not care. He pretty much never returns emails,never posts anything relevent about the status of the shirt. When I started this thread I hoped delay was all just a shipping error,but the only error here was buying a shirt from him.

Guys/Gals,

My sincere apologies for the delays, lack of response here, and MANY thanks for being patient with me. I've been going through some very tough times at my "real" job the last 3.5 weeks due to corporate cutbacks and have not been able to devote as much time into getting orders processed in a timely fashion as I would like to. This is not me making excuses for my recent practices, rather, me apologizing that you all had to be a part of it. I am very sorry to all who have been waiting for their orders.

As of yesterday (11-16-06) ALL orders have been processed and shipped, and everyone who has requested a refund via Paypal has had it honored and it will go through in the next couple of days.

I have been working on the artwork to do up a new batch of the yellow gun tees. This in and of itself took quite a bit of doing since the original method was just a printout and heat transfer. The gun artwork and all of it's colors had to be seperated out into individual screens....VERY tricky, but....These are as promised, 100% silkscreen. I think they look every bit as good as the heat transfers...here is a photo of a completed tee:

The shirt pictured is 100% silkscreen, NO heat transfer. Over time the heat transfers fade, crack, and peel....silkscreen is how most shirts are done and the inks used are very durable.

After hearing about all these people having problems with the Troublemaker shirts, I decided to wait on ordering one until after some of the fuss and rush had died down. I wasn't dissuaded from SSdesigner by the complaints, because I have been following the development of the design ever since the idea was brought up when his site opened, and he seemed like an overall legit guy.

So, after reading that post about the new silkscreened version on his forum, I immediately bought one.

I received it 2 days later, and it looks absolutely fantastic.

My recommendation: buy from SSdesigner, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better producer of this design...just be aware that there may be delays. I do have the feeling, though, that he's finally pulled some stuff together and will be running a little smoother now.

I want to first thank you for posting your experience with ssdesigner and also for being a watchfull member of my forum.

This shirt has been a labor of love for me and I've NEVER abandoned it. I've been looking for ways to improve upon it from day #1.

I've dealt with more issues with this shirt then ALL of my other shirts combined, times TEN. It's been a real battle to make this the best Troublemaker shirt out there, and I thank ALL OF YOU who have stood by me through all of this.

I am not arguing with you I am stating the facts as I see them. I have been dealing with you for the last seven months and the treatment I have received has been very poor to say the least. So you will have to pardon me for being skeptical when dealing with you. This same feeling of frustration and dissatisfaction was expressed by many others on your message board which you conveniently deleted and then deleted them from having access to your board. So don’t act as though you are being mistreated or a victim. By your response I am guessing you didn’t ship it when you said you did and will be on the look out for it in the mail so hopefully this nightmare will be over. Yes I know that you have received many emails from many appreciative customers and that’s great! I am glad that they didn’t have to experience what the other 50% of us have.

It sounds like his life has been crazy lately, and is trying his hardest to put out a quality product. And, really, with the climate as it is around here lately, it's nice to see someone *not* fold up their tents and close up shop. Well, I got my shirt in the mail and I have to say it is very good and worth the wait. Maybe not the headache, but worth the wait. The only isssue I can see is with the heat transfer, it looks fine now, but I know it's going to start falling apart after a few washes. But that happens with all heat transfers, so I knew what I was getting into. Looks like I'll have to get one made with the new process soon.
