Not an official workout today, but my desk and chair finally came today. This entailed moving two bookshelves and putting together said desk and chair. Took some time.

I should probably start exercising... you know planning to return to the Army and all after my traveling; it generally helps to be in shape.

Got in 1/2 - 3/4 hr brisk walk today.

FLECHETTE

Due to a stomach bug I didn't get much in this past week. 2 days of workout + a Tai Chi class.

Down another 1lb and lost about 2 more inches over 4 hotspots.

Will do better this week.

With the illness, I wouldn't worry about exercising. Just look to get better then exercise when you can. Don't want to get hurt.
