Somebody, please help!

Okay, I downloaded "Done the Impossible" from
http://www.legaltorrents.com/index.htm and I have been trying to play it for 1/2 hour.

It's in QuickTime and when I push play it runs for 12 seconds or so, pauses for 10 seconds, skips 30 seconds of the movie and then starts the process all over again.

I've read the help, tried dicking with the "connection speed" (although it's on my C: drive, so I don't see the point), gone to QuickTime's website, google searched for help, updated the m****r f*****g software, and the problem still exists (not just with "Impossible", but anything in QuickTime).

Can I play Quicktime movies in another player? If not, is there someway to fix this problem? Come on, there's gotta' be a techie among you people... Please, help! Thanks.

Incidentally, I know buying the DVD would be the easiest way to avoid this problem, but I've worked all day and have three fingers of whiskey in front me; I'm not going back out tonight...
