It's awfully big - you have to download it to see it properly. But it's not big enough... It's "only" 50 images per row. I'm working on a real big version at the moment. But I have to create more pics for it first. So, enjoy my first try at this... Anybody got an idea how I can get an avi file from the movie? I got the DVD but I have no idea how to get it "small" to create pics for a big mosaic..

Sorry if I stole pics but I used every available firefly pic on my computer which includes artwork I downloaded. The next mosaic will only include movie shots!!!

The program I used is called Andrea Mosaic and can be downloaded for free. You "only" need lots of pics and a BIG computer...

Download an avi of Serenity from http://www.mininova.org/tor/755811 AndreaMosaic has an integrated tool for extracting images from a movie.

Thumbnail-sized screen captures from Serenity can be found at http://black-celebration.net/caps/thumbnails.php?album=204
You could quick pick all the pictures on a page from the album with http://www.downthemall.net/ for http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

If you have a batch of thousands of full-sized pictures, they can be shrunk to thumbnail-size with a few mouse clicks using http://www.irfanview.net/
