Simon, River, and Book all have direct connections to the Alliance, hence purple. Also, they were the last to come on board.

Inara and Jayne, certainly, are the most likely to leave Serenity at a moment's notice. Kaylee isn't likely to, but she's still not a soldier. So they are all green. Also, they were th middle three to join the crew.

Obviously, Mal and Zoe are brown because they are browncoats. Wash is brown too because he is married to Zoe and how could you not have them together in the credit sequence? Also, he *might* have been a browncoat if the show continued and joss decided he liked the "shadow puppets in prison" backstory that Alan created for Wash.

Yep, it really does need a logo and I wanted an image of Serenity too (besides the one in the Wash still) but I had trouble fitting them in without arranging all the credit screens around the logo which made the screen look less opening credits and more Brady Bunch. A task for those more talented in the ways of wallpaper than I, methinks.

I have an idea on how to add the logo and Serenity into this. Ireally love what you have though so do you mind if I fiddle with it?

Nope, don't mind anybody fiddling with it or borrowing it or blatantly stealing the idea. As long as whoever does change it posts it here so I can save it as my wallpaper!
