Wow...not a Jayne fan personally (*ducks* Don't kill me please!) but - You've captured him. Captured his essence:) That's one dangerous, powerful-looking Jayne! This drawing kinda hits you right in the eyes; pretty amazing.

You better be a'duckin' there, Jetflair! You Mal-person, you!

Again, Mike, you have managed to bring out the "real" quality of the character -- the bad guy Jayne, the devious, conniving, couldn't trust him as far as I could throw him, the man they call Jayne!

I'll so be in my bunk! With the roll of shop towels!

To edit: shop towels would be for the drool.

You guys have such dirty minds!

Definitely proof that there is more than one might think going on in Jayne's head;)

Lovely work, Mike. Gotta give the Jayne fans their man;)

The eyes, I don't know how you do it but it's something about the eyes that you manage to capture. I've seen plenty of fan art of this show (and others) but no matter if you get the mouth or chin or hair wrong the essense of the character is there because you've captured the life of them in their eyes. I can see how you've done it (technically) but not how (emotionally) if that makes sense.

Hell if you covered them up head to toe you'd be able to feel their character because of the way you do the eyes. Ok, nuff said. Being all fangirliesilly.

My favourite character by my favourite artist. I'm in a very happy place right now.

Best part? That little hint of teeth. Very nice.
