Finally....

Finally, finally, the desktop PC went to the "Doctor". Hope it can be fixed. Told them, the most important thing to be saved (if anything can be saved) was my fanfic file. Even as dorky as I am, I know that everything is gone if they have to re-format.

So, my New Years Resolution will be to remember to do a backup of the file more often than just every six months or so when I happen to remember doing it....

(The humble beginnings of chapter three of "Another Cobb in the Wheel" had just begun to emerge, when the computer died... just in case my gentle readers were wondering if I abandoned it. It fell prey to Digital Reavers....)

Not terribly important, maybe, but I felt like writing a Logentry about it...
