So, here I am, once again posting after such a long hiatus. I have been following our crew via Castle, Terminator, Chuck etc and it makes me want for more Firefly. Maybe someday.

As I had posted before, I had finished my first draft of my novel Echoes. Well, I've also gone as far as finishing the second draft (67,000 words) , have had an exerpt published in an anthology, started my own blog (http://drlong67.wordpress.com), read publically and now have my own bookmarks. As well, I have started my second novel and have submitted the first three chapters of Echoes to a literary agent and await their response.

I felt I owed a thank-you to Fireflyfans for starting me on this road. Special thanks goes to some fine writers on this site via the Sereni-Tree and Special Branch posts.

Keep your eyes peeled.
