It's very simple. Just open the .torrent file with the BitTorrent software and let it download. If you wish to continue sharing your resources, keep the window open after you're done. The issue in my last rant wasn't directed at you guys, as we all want to share the videos and such here. The issue is a larger in general issue regarding people who hack BitTorrent to not share any bandwidth, or adjust kazaa to not share any bandwidth. Which just sucks.

QUICKSAND


I was annoyed that I went to all that trouble of downloading this "BitTorrent" thing, and then found out my version of Windows Media played the Firefly thing just fine. On a whim, I deleted BT, and the file STILL played just fine. So what's the deal with BT?

On a side note, I DO have Kazaa, and I DO file share. Maybe it's illegal, but I've found that civil disobedience works WAY better than calling the Record Executive's home number. They really hate that.
