I've been bumpkin~ified

Been doing a lot of belly botton watching and pondering my place in the universe of late.Thinks this is the first time I've actually been away from here since I became dun ,not sure if its me or here thats changed but its a mute question at the mo.Sometimes I wish I hadn't been introduced into the verse,at the best and worst of times Im very self reliant .What is it about that show that touched me so because its goes more than skin deep?Anyhow(anyone who knows me should have expected thaT)I was in Dublin airport last week,The masses of people milling around,made me ponder ,wasnt for me anymore I much prefer open fields and space.That said tis good too be back.

Being uncomfortable in hordes isn't my happiest of places, either - I'd say it's not 'bumpkinification' but more of a coming to the sense of the rightness of things.
I had a wise woman tell me once that the stories we love are those we recognize ourselves (or how we'd like ourselves to be) in. Think that explains a lot about the hows and whys the 'verse grabs me and won't let go.
