Title says it all. I'm about thirty pages into it, and it is just amazing. It was a good choice to read this book; a lot of this stuff so far hasn't been new per-say (I assume most people know that the body defecates itself when dying) but a lot of it clarifies things and explains why. Not the body defecating itself, but for example why after a shoot out a police officer might not be able to get to sleep at night, but after a few hours of combat soldiers can fall asleep at the most inopportune times(the precise example is a group of soldiers in the Korean War who had a good night sleep attacked a hill; took it by noon, and the NCOs had to wake the soldiers up to prepare them for the inevitable counter attack).

Anyway, I'm planning on going to sleep (the book also made an excellent point in why sleep is so important) soon, so I won't take long. I will say that I'm extremely glad I decided to read this book, and I think it will help me with my writing.
