Hey all,

Just sitting here wishing that every time I visit I don't see the BSR taken up by all fanfic. I mean, who has the time to read it all? And is there any separation of wheat from chaff?

I'm sure there's many, many fans of you creative writers out there, but it seems like the artwork and pics I so enjoy are being elbowed out by countless fanfic entries. I've found myself wishing lately that there was a separate FF fanfic site, so the BSR could be all visuals.

Everyone has their own opinion, this just happens to be mine. Feel free to disagree, as always. Conversely, is there anyone who gets what I'm saying?

While I don't agree about the assertion there's too much fan fiction getting posted, I do think you have a point. Artwork postings should be generally isolated from fanfic postings, listing-wise, to make it easier to sort things out.

Gotta say though...reading through all the fanfic can be done. But it's a hell of a slog;)

The problem is just that the fic writers are a lot more prolific than the visual atists at this moment in time. The pic part of the BSR has had about 3 new entries in the last week.

I get what your saying though. It would be kinda nice if the two were a seperate thing on the main page. I'm not much of a fic reader myself.

Can't agree with you on this one. The images are worth a look, but I much prefer fan fiction. And if you start reading and don't like, there's a handy little back button to click, lol.

Well, you can look through the images manually, but I find that a pain, too. I know sometimes I click just on the images on the main page, and Firefic is just not my favorite at the moment (reserved for spoiler-free Whofic as of now), so I see what you mean about the BSR.
