This was done from i tunes so i don't know what some of these sound like. so i'm going to listen to them and add a commentary

IF YOUR LIFE WAS A MOVIE, WHAT WOULD THE SOUNDTRACK BE?
So, here's how it works:
1. Open your library (iTunes, Winamp, Media Player, iPod, etc)
2. Put it on shuffle
3. Press play
4. For every question, type the song that's playing and the Band
5. When you go to a new question, press the next button
6. Don't lie and try to pretend you're cool...

Opening Credits: Ready an' willing- whitesnake (good rocking intro)

Waking Up: the journey- small faces (weird. not sure it's appropriate for waking up though)

First Day At School: cheerio- Jethro tull (the title maybe but not the lyrics)

Falling In Love: i'll get you- the beatles (yeah i could see that)

Fight Song: my wife- the who (not that appropriate since it's about running away. I suppose that would be appropriate for me since I would run from a fight)

Breaking Up: i'm losing you- john lennon (that fits.)

Prom: won't get fooled again- the who (what's going to happen at this prom?)

Life: fire and water- free (not gonna be a good life, everyy single day i got a heartache coming my way)

Holiday: welcome to the jungle- guns n roses (ok i'll have that)

Mental Breakdown: carpet crawlers- genesis (could be construed as going mad. the last one i did this was for the birth of a child)

Driving: we've arrived- the rutles (not really)

Flashback: i'm free- the who (i'd like that for my flashback)

Getting Back Together: the magic of time- genesis (nice song doesn't really fit though.)

Wedding: no time to lose- lindisfarne (maybe if i were eloping)

Birth of Child: my mummy's dead- john lennon (ooh err... that doesn't sound good)

Final Battle: ride on- AC/DC (of all the ac/dc songs i could've had i had to get the slow one for the final battle)

Death Scene: oh darling- the beatles (lol)

Funeral Song:born under a bad sign- cream (if it wasn't for bad luck i wouldn't have no luck at all, and since it's my funeral that would mean bad luck of some kind)

End Credits: my generation- the who (great end)

KALLYN

Here goes.

Opening Credits:Lift Down -E.SO (good stuff, I can see that working... Yeah... Good dynamic buld up...)

Waking Up:Liar- Fireflight (well, it'll wake you up. not so much a match though.)

First day at school:The Best of Times- Staple (good one. The song is quite actually the opposate of what the name implies. hence the match.)

Falling in love:Bottom Feeders- Project86 (good selection. the active line here is "she's not ordinary... she's just like me" perfect selection.)

Fight song:Fingernails- Skillet (good heavy song. perfect for a fight. nice and syncopated, allowing for some choreography. :) )
Breaking up:day by day- Dc Talk (it actually works.)

Prom:Shekina- Blindside (of the most beautiful of songs. fits as the slow danceing song.)

Life:Chasing shadows at midnight- Pillar (yeah. It works.)

Holiday:Smalltown- thousand foot Krutch (um... no)

Mental Breakdown:Up comes down- Thousand foot Krutch (fitting.)

Driving:PS- Project86 (meh.)

Flashback:Bring me To Life- Evenescence (once again, fitting)

Getting back together:Black, Blue and Gold- Staple (nah.)

Wedding:Grab Thy Hand- Chevelle (that one just make me laugh. It fits lyrically, but... its chevelle.)

Brith of a child:Chimes- Project86 (not so much.)

Fianl Battle:Sad Mary- E.So (Couldn't have asked for a better one.)

Death Scene:Your Little Suburbia in Ruins- August Burns Red (/little/ too chaotic... but then again so is death... I dont know...)

Funeral:My Immortal- Evenescence(wow. what are the chances of that. perfect...)

End Credits:Scientifiction: A Universe of Discourse- Norma Jean (dispite its ridiculous name, its really my favorite outro song :) )

BORNTOFLY

Juthro Tull, The Who, Guns N' Roses, The Beatles, John Lennon...my my, you have some might fine taste in music there hobbleit. I don't know of a single other person who like Juthro Tull. I mean seriously, what's not to love about Medieval Rock?

And here's nime, by popular...ignoring.
Opening Credits:

Waking Up: The Rising- Trivium. Well, a song that fits right off the bat. Heavy enough to wake you up from a coma too.

First Day At School: The Hand That Feeds- Nine Inch Nails. Kinda but not really appropriate.

Falling In Love: Anniversary of an Uninteresting Event- Deftones. Okay, decidely NOT fitting.

Fight Song: Just like You Imagined- Nine Inch Nails. Hell yes! A perfect fit. It's the song that plays inthe 300 trailer.

Breaking Up: Everybody's Gonna Be Happy- The Kinks. Not fitting in any sense of the word.

Prom: Killing An Arab- The Cure. Yeah, this makes no sense at all for a Prom.

Life: Ace of Spades- Motorhead. Yeah, i'll take that one.

Holiday: Shel Shock- Clint Mansell. Umm, precisely where am I going for a holiday?

Mental Breakdown: On The Verge- Monster Magnet. Yeah, that'll do.

Driving: Passenger-Deftones. YES! Incredible song too.

Flashback: Standing- Anthony Stewart Head. I suppose it works.

Getting Back Together: Fair- Remy Zero. Kind of about trust, so it works.

Wedding: Dry the Rain- The Beta Band. Nah.

Birth of Child: Footprints on my ceiling- Social Distortion. ....BWAHAHA.

Final Battle: Furious Angels- Rob Dougan. This is version with vocals, so it's more of a Death Scene one. The instrumental version would have been perfect.

Death Scene: No Shelter- Rage Against the Machine. It will suffice, but there are so many better songs that could have fit perfectly.

Funeral Song: Rime of The Ancient Mariner- Iron Maiden. Epic, classic rock? Yes please! 'res In Peace by James Marsters would have been perfect.

End Credits: The Special two-Missy Higgins. I woulnd't have this one any other way.

BLUEEYEDBRIGADIER

Hmmm...definitely gotta love the irony of having "My Generation" play at one's funeral;)

BEB

P.S. Here's mine, just to be fair:

Opening Credits: "Save a Horse (Ride a Cowboy)" by Big & Rich --> Hmm...definitely an interesting way to open a tale of my life. Humorous, innuendo-centred, and something to aspire to;)

Waking Up: "Mysterious Ways" by U2 --> Oh...I guess it works if I were to wake up pondering the nature of my honeybunny. If I had one, that is;D

First Day At School: "Poor Robyn" by James Marsters --> Nope...can't see how it would work in this situation :(

Falling In Love: "These Eyes" by The Guess Who --> Well...if the love was unrequited, this song would be damn perfect;)

Fight Song: "White & Nerdy" by Weird Al Yankovic --> Oh is THIS ever perfect! Definitely a song about my life :D

Breaking Up: "Wishing It Was" by Santana f. Eagle-Eye Cherry --> Title works as a lament for a clean break. Song really is the anathema of what's needed...seemingly.

Prom: "Believe Me Natalie" by The Killers --> Oddly fitting, IMO, since it's all about taking a chance on something before the opportunity is gone.

Life: "Spirit In The Sky" by Norman Greenbaum --> Brilliant song and a good message to live by, if you think about it;)

Holiday: "Rock 'n' Roll High School" by The Ramones --> Quite fitting for the scene where I get the hell out of school and just wanna party:D

Mental Breakdown: "Hey Ya" by OutKast --> Ya know...a mental breakdown, for me, would be acting like Andre 3000 does in this song's music video: horny and totally shameless in the most charismatic manner:D

Driving: "Wonderful" by Everclear --> Hmm...much better suited for the previous category, since it's about a kid dealing with the trauma of parents being abusive to one another. Though I guess it could work if you get a montage with one parent taking the kid away from the other.

Flashback: "Too Much Love Will Kill You" by Queen --> If one was flashing back on a relationship that went kablooey, it would be perfect;)

Getting Back Together: "Rock 'n' Me" by The Steve Miller Band --> Oddly fitting, since dear ole Steve is discussing having to do all he can for his sweetheart.

Wedding: "Looking For Clues" by Robert Palmer --> Oh...this is just the wonkiest possibility, isn't it?

Birth of Child: "Superman March" by The Boston Pops --> Perfect bit of welcoming music...if you're a Aryan couple expecting an ubermensch;D

Final Battle: "We Didn't Start the Fire" by Billy Joel --> A blazon of all the crazy events in human history from the middle 40s till 1989. If it wasn't missing the past 18 years, it would be perfect;)

Death Scene: "Heaven For Everyone" by Queen --> Well...it's certainly an upbeat POV about dying and the afterlife;)

Funeral Song: "Buddy Holly" by Weezer --> Seemingly inappropriate, but I think that if you died in a plane crash with two other people, this would be brilliant from the irony.

End Credits: "The River of Dreams" by Billy Joel --> Upbeat tune...lyrics are rather catchy...not a bad finishing move. Would have preferred Europe's "The Final Countdown" though;)
