Have unicorns gotten u into trouble with the law?

A man done on a DUI has claimed it wasn't him that crashed his truck into a lamp post, it was a UNICORN!!!

Even when he sobered up he maintained it was the mythical horse-like beast what done it.

Got to remember that next time I get in trouble: "What? No. I did not leave that mess in the kitchen, it was the unicorn."
