It's currently -13 F. Tomorrow's low is going to be -16 F.

Monday isn't going to be much warmer and as much as I would love nothing better than to stay in my bed ALL day, I have to go to work AND class.

Here's to hoping the city busses die because of the cold and then I'll have a justifiable reason for not going to class: I'm certainly not walking 2.5-3 miles in that weather. Hell no.

PR and I can sympathize and we are forming a Firefly fans for warmer weather coalition :) We're trying to win the lottery and buy ourselves a self sustaining Firefly tropical island:)

You're really making me pine for the Illinois winters of my youth. Snow piled waist high, walking backwards to school because the wind takes your breath away, and absolutely no school closings. Here in NC they close everything just because it might snow.

It's not the walk that bothers me. I enjoy the walk on days when I have the extra time in the morning. But it would not be enjoyable at -16 F and a -30 windchill.

Bah...I walk that basically that everyday intentionally. Would need a lot more than the local transit commission being shut down from weather issues to get me not to not walk to campus;D

where abouts in wisconsin are you? i'm in madison, its -8 right now and not looking to improve.
