So, my teacher for my english class didn't show up today. -_- That's so rude. That's one of my pet peevees. I hate being late and I especially hate being kept waiting. Even more so when I don't like it when my teachers are late because i'm paying for the class. We waited for him to show up and he didn't. There's a rule, 15 minutes, if the teacher doesn't show up, you're allowed to leave without getting into trouble. So me and a bunch of other kids left. Now, if this was the first time this happened, it woudln't be such a big deal, but it's not. He's been late before and it's begining to get annoying. I get there early to be early for class, and he doesn't show up. I don't reall mind missing the class. I learned all the stuff in high school, so i don't have to worry too much. It just still bothers me.This is kinda sad that all i do complain on this thing. If something good comes up, i'll mention it. Right now my life is pretty dull.

Yup, ain't college grand! That's happened to me quite often. Now, I'm in a class where I know how to do the work, but the teacher piles it on so that I never see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Actually, the "15 minute rule" is a generally circulated fallacy. No school in their right mind is gonna actually tell students that they can bugger off if the prof doesn't show up on time less there's some definite pre-advanced warning about the prof being unable to teach. Still...I know how you feel, since I once had a prof who failed to show up for several lectures before supposedly having a breakdown or bout of debilitating illness that forced the department to scramble to find a replacement:(

15 minute rule? That's not real! I mean come on. Are you 4? The rule is this:
Step 1: Show up to class.
Step 2: Look for teacher.
Step 3: If no teacher, Wait approximately 4 seconds. Then leave.
Step 3.5: If the teacher is there, tip-toe away softly and quietly.
Step 4: Enjoy the rest of your day CLASS FREE!!!
I call it the "Do what you want and don't wait for anybody" rule.
